What is your return policy ?
We think you’ll love your Lambs so much, we offer a 30-day trial period for every first purchase of your Lambs underwear. If you’re not sold by day 30, you can keep the underwear and get a full refund (offer only valid for 1 pair of underwear).
If you don’t love your Lambs for any reason, we accept a return for a full refund on your product within 30 days of purchase. Submit a return request to email@example.com and include your order number to start the process. It’s that easy! No questions asked.
For U.S. orders, we offer free return postage. For all international orders, including Canadian orders, return postage is not provided.
**We do not refund the initial shipping fee for orders less than $100**
You made a mistake in my order, what can be done?
You received the wrong product, size, color? We’re very sorry! Send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org. If you ordered cheeky briefs, boxer, or trunks for the first time - keep it! We'll still get you a full refund.
How do I make a return or exchange?
It's simple: just send us an email at email@example.com to initiate your free return or exchange.
Make sure you have your order number. If you don’t know it, try searching for “Confirmation For Order” in your email inbox.
For US orders, we'll send you a return label for your return or exchange, so you'll have no shipping fees to pay.
If you need your exchange pair sooner rather than later, we suggest requesting a refund and ordering the next pair separately.
How do I make a gift exchange?
Drop us a line at firstname.lastname@example.org. The more information you provide about the gift giver, the better! Once we know the order number and customer information from the original order, we can request that a pre-paid return label be sent your way.
Please provide the size and color of Lambs you'd like for the exchange. Let us know the best shipping address and we can send the new pair to you directly.
When can I expect my refund?
Hang tight, it can take our warehouse up to two weeks to receive and process your return. We'll be sure to send a refund notification email as soon as we've issued your refund. Your refund will issued on the same payment method used during checkout (credit/debit card, paypal, amazon pay).
